Gengar didn't need a command for such an obvious move.
The ghost pokemon launched a massive water pulse at the snoozing pokemon, hoping it wasn't faking and making sure to be cautious.
Leo had a few pokemon with sleep inducing moves and was all too familiar with the 'pretend to sleep' trick.

Remmy was also hoping Nidoking was pretending. The massive ground-poison hybrid was muttering stuff about Ponytas and Roselias. No pokemon that wanted to be manly as much as this Nidoking would ever to that. The Water Pulse hit the asleep Nidoking. He twitched a bit before his body went limp. Remmy growled like always. He was down to his last pokemon. The trainer released his Abra.

Leo returned a grinning Gengar before releasing the Trapinch.
Fawkes gave a few chomps at the air, rearing and ready to go.
Leo began this battle as he did the last. He wanted to see what kind of defense the opponent had and gave a practice shot.
"Gust"
Fawkes nodded and lauched a streaming wave of air over toward the Psychic.

Remmy looked at his Abra and nodded to it. THe Arba nodded back and stood his ground. He recieved a bit of damage from the gust but wasn't fatal by any means. Abra put his hands together in a triangle and fired an Energy Ball at the Trapinch, knowing it'd be super effective.

Figures such a low leveled pokemon would have such a strong attack
Leo thought as Fawkes narrowly avoided the ball.
Leo gave the instruction of avoided that certain move at all cost before the Trapinch continued his Gust attacks again and again.

Abra used a double team to dodge the intial attack and followed up with an Iron Tail. The Pokemon dashed forward with his tail glazed over with a metal coat. He spun around and attempted to fwap the pokemon over the head with his tail.

I always thought Abra could only learn Teleport
Leo thought as the Trapinch was hit by the Iron Tail, sliding back a bit before lunging forward at the upclose Abra and going for a Bite attack.

Remmy smirked knowing exactly what Leo was thinking, "TMs my friend." he said blandly before winced as the Arba's tail was chomped onto. The psychic pokemon screeched in pain, taking the super effective hit. He tried to struggle free but failed. THe pokemon twisted to shoot a sloppy Energyball.

Leo said and the Trapinch released, jumped back, and attacked again.

The Abra a bit yet again. He squirmed and squirmed, only to lose more health with every struggle. Eventually his limbs went limp as the pokemon fainted. Ken grimly returned his pokemon and left with out another word.
Fawks gains two levels.
Leo recieved a rare candy!
